9:25am - Meet in the Food Research Lab Building Room G34 (next to the Pilot Plant)
9:30 - 10:30am - Presentation of Food Science Programs and facilities (Olga Padilla-Zakour), plus a tour of the Center of Excellence for Food and Agriculture, the Fermentation Farming Lab, the Food Innovation Lab, the Pilot Plant, the Vinification and Brewing Lab, and the High Pressure Processing (HPP) Validation Center.
10:40am - Depart to Red Jacket Orchards, 957 Canandaigua Road, Geneva, NY 14456
11:00am - 12:00pm - Tour of the Juice Processing Plant
12:00pm - Return to AgriTech
